WebbAs far as I know there isn't a mod out there that makes it so all clothes are maternity enabled. They would need to have the correct pregnancy morphs anyway or the baby bump wouldn't show up. The only solution for now is to find CC that works for maternity and change your sim into it when you see the nauseous moodlet alerting you to her pregnancy. WebbI made one of my sim moms a second set of outfits in each category where my chosen outfit wouldn't work as maternity wear, and even had her change into each one in turn before she knew she was pregnant, so they would be selected once she needed them.
