WebJul 10, 2014 · Try using a loctite 7090 primer (don't use the prism stuff). Let it dry should take under 10 min then apply the thread locker (it cures anaerobically). Second you are probably using the standard high temp 266 or 272 which is good up to 450F but I bet its getting hotter then that. When loctite gets hot enough it returns to the liquid state.
