WebMay 18, 2024 · I know on my FJ60 it does not touch or make a sound. I have seen in some cases that the Throw out bearing can fail and start causing some vibration. Now keep in mind, when the Clutch is worn out and or the Springs in the clutch is worn out this can cause a sound which is very simular to the throwout bearing. Keep me posted, hope this helps.
